This individual willplay a crucial role in crafting compelling email content thatresonates with our diverseclientele.

Tasks
  • EmailContent Creation: Craft compelling email copies forpromotional informational and transactional campaigns. Developspecialized content for followup and cart abandonment emails toboost customerengagement.
  • Understanding Brandand Audience: Create / Understand customer personaand target audience and understand the clients brandguidelines.
  • Content Strategy andPlanning: Actively participate in planning sessionswith the marketing team. Maintain and update the work calendar toensure timely of marketingstrategies.
  • Scriptwriting forVideo Content: Write scripts for loom andpromotional videos that complement email campaigns providing cleardirection to designers and videoeditors.
  • Review andEditing: Refine email texts for clarity grammaticalcorrectness and alignment with brand standards. Implement feedbackto optimizecontent.
  • Collaboration andCoordination: Engage with multiple departmentsincluding sales design and marketing to ensure cohesive campaign .Assist in the creation of presentationmaterials.
  • Content Localizationand Adaptation: Adapt content for diverseinternational markets ensuring cultural and contextualrelevance.
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in English Journalism Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a copywriter or ina similar role with a strong portfolio of work demonstratingcreative and effective copywriting across differentmediums.
  • We are seeking candidates withexperience in email copywriting backed by a portfolio showcasingproficiency in B2B B2C and cold emailstrategies.
  • Excellent writing editing andproofreading skills with a keen attention todetail.
  • Ability to think strategically andtranslate business objectives into compellingcontent.
  • Strong communication and collaborationskills with the ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheetsand googledocs.
