Email Content Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Email Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in crafting compelling email content that resonates with our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling email copies for promotional, informational, and transactional campaigns.
  • Develop specialized content for follow-up and cart abandonment emails to boost customer engagement.
  • Create and understand customer personas and target audiences, and understand the clients' brand guidelines.
  • Actively participate in planning sessions with the marketing team and maintain and update the work calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.
  • Write scripts for loom and promotional videos that complement email campaigns, providing clear direction to designers and video editors.
  • Refine email texts for clarity, grammatical correctness, and alignment with brand standards, and implement feedback to optimize content.
  • Engage with multiple departments, including sales, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution, and assist in the creation of presentation materials.
  • Adapt content for diverse international markets, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a copywriter or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative and effective copywriting across different mediums.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
