Weare seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources tolead our HR department and develop effective people strategies forour growing service organization. The HR Head will oversee all HRfunctions including talent acquisition employee relationscompliance learning and development and organizational culture. Theideal candidate will bring strategic leadership to help shape andsustain a highperforming workforce that aligns with our company sgoals.

Qualifications:

Bachelorsor Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelatedfield.
810years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in aleadershiprole.
Experiencein the service industry is highlypreferred.
Strongknowledge of employment laws HR best practices and talentmanagement.
Demonstratedsuccess in leading HR initiatives that improve businessoutcomes.
Excellentinterpersonal communication and leadershipskills.
Abilityto build relationships and influence at all levels of theorganization.

Driveorganizational change management initiatives to ensure smoothtransitions during periods of growth downsizing orrestructuring.
TalentAcquisition &Management:
Leadthe recruitment process ensuring that the company attracts hiresand retains toptalent.
Overseethe development of talent pipelines and succession planning toensure continuity in keyroles.
Fosterdiversity and inclusion in hiring and employee engagementpractices.

PerformanceManagement:

Designand implement effective performance management systems to alignindividual goals with the company sobjectives.
Developprograms to identify and develop highpotential employees ensuringthey are adequately prepared for future leadershiproles.
EmployeeRelations &Compliance:
Promotea positive work environment by managing employee relationsaddressing grievances and ensuring fair treatment for allemployees.
Managedisciplinary actions and terminations in a manner that aligns withcompany policies and legalstandards.
