Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team at 2coms. As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Drive organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth, downsizing, or restructuring.
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
  • Oversee the development of talent pipelines and succession planning to ensure continuity in key roles.
  • Foster diversity and inclusion in hiring and employee engagement practices.
  • Design and implement effective performance management systems to align individual goals with the company's objectives.
  • Develop programs to identify and develop high-potential employees, ensuring they are adequately prepared for future leadership roles.
  • Promote a positive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring fair treatment for all employees.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and terminations in a manner that aligns with company policies and legal standards.
  • Lead compensation and benefits strategies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Oversee job evaluations, salary bench marking, and performance-based compensation structures.
  • Champion initiatives to create a healthy organizational culture that supports the company's values and fosters engagement and productivity.
  • Measure employee satisfaction through surveys and other tools, making recommendations to improve workplace morale and reduce turnover.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the service industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading HR initiatives that improve business outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
