Job Summary

The HR Manager at HR SPOT plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's human resources functions, ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures that support the overall business strategy. This key position is responsible for fostering a positive employee experience, managing HR operations, and driving initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Oversee the performance management process and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees and managers to support skill development.
  • Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Conduct workforce planning and talent management to support business objectives.
  • Lead and develop the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Provide HR metrics and analysis to facilitate data-driven decision making.
  • Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Handle employee feedback and implement improvements to enhance the employee experience.
  • Represent the organization in HR-related matters and maintain effective relationships with external partners.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and other HR-related software.
  • HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Experience in driving change management initiatives is highly desirable.
