Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • HRIS: Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and other HR-related software.
  • Certification: HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Priorities: Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Diversity Equity and Inclusion: Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Change Management: Experience in driving change management initiatives is highly desirable.
