We are lookingfor: NOC Operations Lead
•You will be managing a 24x7team which is responsible for proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, andmaintaining the performance of customer fleet depots including multiple typesof chargers and vehicle telematics, and potentially other asset types in thefuture.
•Play a pivotal role in thedevelopment and execution of NOC strategy for the regular operations andsupport of customer’s EV charging infrastructure and vehicles under management,starting from deployment/onboarding to regular operations, and customer support.
•Collaborate withcross-functional teams in Europe and NAM, external partners, and regionalpartners to ensure successful program implementation.
•Liaise with R&D anddrive testing of SW features to ensure all functions are working as expectedwhile provide continuous feedback to help improve our services through analysisof usage data & trends to make data-driven decisions.
•Liaise with Siemens IT toensure that case and asset management systems meet NOC requirements and testnew functionality
•Prepare regular internal& external reports on program progress, KPIs, milestones for leadership,team performance & project status.
•Ensure the reliability andperformance of charging stations, conducting regular reviews and addressing anyissues promptly.
•Oversee customerinquiries/incidents and provide exceptional support by troubleshooting,recommending repairs, and upgrades for AC and DC EV charging stations.
•Ensure compliance withstandards, quality control, and performance metrics including KPI’s and SLAreports.
•Drive positive customersatisfaction by delivering best-in-class responsiveness and professionalism inall customer interactions.
•Lead a team of NOCEngineers, ensuring efficient monitoring, operations, and availability ofcharging stations (both AC and DC chargers) for operation and ensuring thatvehicles complete their routes at the lowest cost of energy
•Ensure proper and timelytenant, asset and vehicle onboarding to enable overall customer onboarding.
•Coordinate the team tomanage their schedules and allocate resources effectively ensuring availabilityof resources on a 24x7 schedule.
•Drive processdocumentations and training to ensure the team has required knowledge andwalkthroughs on handling any scenarios.
•Mentor team members, planand conduct training sessions, and foster a positive work environment.
•Create knowledge articlesbased on scenarios faced and ensure the KEDB and the Problem records aremaintained and up-to date.
•Provide telephone andemail-based technical support for customers 24x7 and be available forrotational shifts as required.

•Qualification/Expyrs.:Any bachelor’s degree. (B.E/B.Techpreferred)
•Experience:3+ yrs. of experience in a leadershipposition.
MustHave:
•Experience leading a teamfor 3+ years.
•Excellent Communication& socially confident.
•Experience dealing with anddefining ITIL processes like Incident Management, Problem and KnowledgeManagement etc.
•Proficient in English– bothwritten and verbal.
•Analytical and problem-solving skill.
•Flexible to work in anyshifts.
•Customer oriented attitudewith professionalism.
•Strong multitasking, timemanagement and target achieving skills.
Desirable/ Good to Have:
•ITIL Certification.
•Phone support experiencewith US/UK customers.
•Experience with chargers,generators, or electric vehicles (EV) industry.
•Curiousto learn and integrate new technologies.
