Job Summary: The NOC Monitoring L2 Support role provides advanced network and system monitoring, handling escalated issues, and proactively ensuring network stability. This position requires in-depth technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, as well as collaborating with other IT teams to address recurring issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage escalated incidents from the L1 team, performing in-depth troubleshooting of network, server, and application issues.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
Implement changes and upgrades as per change management procedures.
Develop and maintain monitoring best practices, including alert thresholds and incident response guidelines.
Provide guidance and support to L1 team members, including technical coaching and process improvement suggestions.
Create detailed reports on system health, incidents, and performance metrics for management review.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), firewall configurations, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Zabbix).
Experience with ITIL processes, incident management, and ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Advanced English proficiency for clear communication with global teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and manage on-call responsibilities.
Required Experience: 4+ Years of Infrastructure Monitoring experience
