JobSummary:
The RelationshipManager will play a key role in managing and nurturing clientrelationships within our stock broking house. This position isresponsible for providing exceptional service to clients advisingthem on investment opportunities and ensuring a seamless tradingexperience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understandingof financial markets strong interpersonal skills and a commitmentto client success.
KeyResponsibilities:
- ClientRelationship Management: Acquisition of New customers andmaintain strong relationships with clients understanding theirinvestment goals and preferences to provide tailoredsolutions.
- AdvisoryServices: Offer expert guidance on market trendsinvestment strategies and financial products to help clients makeinformed decisions.
- AccountManagement: Oversee client accounts ensuring accuracy intrading and compliance with regulatoryrequirements.
- CustomerSupport: Address client inquiries and resolve issuespromptly providing timely updates on market changes and accountstatus.
- PerformanceMonitoring: Track and analyse client portfoliosrecommending adjustments as necessary to optimizeperformance.
- MarketResearch: Stay informed about market developmentseconomic indicators and investment opportunities sharing insightswith clientsregularly.
- SalesGrowth: Identify opportunities for upselling andcrossselling financial products and services to enhance clientportfolios.
- Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (trading compliance research) toensure a cohesive client experience and effective oftrades.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field;relevant certifications (NISM) is aplus.
- Experience:35 years of experience in relationship management sales or clientadvisory roles within the financial services or stock brokingindustry.
- Skills:
- Strongknowledge of financial markets investment products and tradingprocesses.
- Excellent interpersonaland communication skills with a focus on clientengagement.
- Proficient in CRMsoftware and tradingplatforms.
- Analytical mindset withthe ability to interpret financial data andtrends.
