Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at our Gurugram location. The specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships through various social media platforms, coordinating and managing service requests, managing inbound enquiries on all social media platforms.


Qualifications

  • Customer conflict resolution experience
  • Basic use of Microsoft tools
  • Effective Communication and Sales proficiency
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of watch industry trends and customer preferences is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
