We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Management, Virtual Account Based Solutions to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Managing, enhancing, and developing new product offerings that make BNYM competitive in the marketplace. Leading new product development and rollouts, including feasibility, business case, product governance, technology development, operational readiness, implementation, and go-to-market strategy. Developing product and sales training programs to help go-to-market teams achieve a thorough understanding of the products and enhancing their ability to sell the products. Tracking performance against strategic and revenue objectives throughout the year via business reviews with senior management and key stakeholders. Managing the product suite and platform operating model requirements – including product roadmaps and development, ongoing continuous enhancement, commercialization, operational and compliance activities. Acting as the subject-matter-expert and key liaison with sales, relationship management, proposals, and business development teams to win new business, retain existing business, and drive revenue. Lead for day-to-day management, product maintenance, and issue resolution with technology, operations, client services, marketing, risk, and other stakeholders. Staying abreast of latest developments in the liquidity and cash management fields to ensure BNY Mellon Treasury Services’ offerings remain market leading. Using data and analytical tools for key product decisions and recommendations. Ensuring all control measures are in place and maintained to meet risk, compliance, and audit standards per policy.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or equivalent. MBA preferred. year experience in banking/corporate banking/transaction banking/treasury services Experience in developing and launching new products is a must - preferably in Cash and Liquidity management Experience with virtual accounts is preferred Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills Track record of senior and client interaction and presentation experienceAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
