We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
The Global Payments Product Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and execution of our global payment's initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong track record in driving projects from conception to launch and a deep understanding of clearing products and payment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that enhances our clearing products and payment services portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions that meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Product Management team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market opportunities and create compelling product propositions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in payments and clearing services.
- Drive customer-centric product development, ensuring exceptional user experiences and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for product initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on payments or clearing services.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, clearing products, and related regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
