What You’ll Do:
Customer Query Management:Provide clear and professional support to customers via email and phone.Address inquiries related to ORBCOMM’s products, ensuring accurate information is communicated.Order Processing:Manage and process tickets/orders from customers and internal teams in a timely manner.Replace faulty in-warranty products and provide status updates on pending orders.Internal Collaboration:Collaborate with Tier 1/Tier 2 support, Operations, Account Management, and Sales teams.Coordinate with internal teams to follow up and process customer orders.Problem Resolution:Utilize troubleshooting skills to address and resolve technical or order-related issues.Review, correct, and manage customer and account data with a keen attention to detail.Who You Are:
You’re a customer-focused professional with a knack for communication and problem-solving, ready to tackle challenges with agility and professionalism. If you have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail.A team-player attitude, strong work ethics, and the ability to follow processes rigorously.A willingness to learn new technologies and internal product lines.Proficiency in MS Office products.Graduation preferred, but not mandatory.Ability to manage heavy workloads and adapt to business needs.Strong logical troubleshooting skills.Willingness to commute independently when needed.Then we want to meet you
