About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Order Management Associate to join our team. As an Order Management Associate, you will be responsible for generating quotes where required and entering order information into relevant systems, supporting the quote to billing processes.

  • You will consistently enhance customer experience through improving timeliness in service delivery by achieving the guaranteed average turnaround time based on agreed product/process and reducing the resolution time with agreed quality for complex requests and specialty accounts.
  • You will own the order process for a designated group of customers or more complex activities, meeting requirements in an accurate and timely manner, providing expertise to internal and external customers in all related matters, thereby delivering customer satisfaction while ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are met.
  • You will be responsible for quote to bill processes and may interact with customers via phone or email but your primary role is administrative, with heavy interaction with sales/account managers.
  • Shift timing is from 7am to 4pm.
About You:
  • You should have a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • You should possess necessary industry experience and associated number of years of experience.
  • You should have good problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • You should have proven ability to form strong customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery.
  • You should have good knowledge of MS Office and ERP (applicable AR systems).
  • You should possess exceptional organizational and communications skills.
