We are looking for an Order Quality Advisor for our Hyderabad office.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Minimum 3 years direct experience preferred with order to cash, billing/invoicing or subscription management.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree is required.
- Working knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce and order management and billing systems like NetSuite or Zuora
- English language proficiency.

- Experience with Salesforce Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) or other CPQ tool is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated work experience as a sales support, order validation specialist, order quality specialist and/or customer service representative.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimum supervision.

What will you be doing in this role?

Review, validate, and monitor the quality of both new and reoccurring (renewal) subscription orders. Update and remediate the quote/order to improve the quality of the order form and invoice to customer. Highly motivated individual that focuses on order data quality, implementing quality initiatives, process adoption Supports customers, sales and support staff through problem resolution, process support and gets things done Support Signature validation and Order Form generation in Salesforce. e. Provide E-mail Support via case management in Salesforce.
- Improving customer delight by improving the quality of invoicing. This includes reducing invoice corrections and other changes, and other currently costly rework in the opportunity to order process that directly impacts customer perception of easy to do business with Clarivate b. Reduce seller administration burden and maximize selling time by reducing current internal efficiencies, provide coaching and support to sales organization to simplify current workflows and reaching out to sales for key information required to support order validation activities.

About the Team

The Order Quality & Success team at Clarivate that has been put in place to drive order quality and optimize our opportunity to order processes. This team reviews every sales order at Clarivate and makes certain that it meets the customer’s needs for invoicing and fast payment to Clarivate. By making sure that every Clarivate customer receives a quality invoice we make certain that are customers are delighted with us. This reduces re-work for sales and many internal support teams which is costly and makes it easier to do business with Clarivate. Furthermore, it supports our corporate goals of driving colleague engagement and strengthen our financial and operational performance..

Hours of Work
- We work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday (Hybrid work mode/2-3 Days in a week)
- Shift timing 9 am to 6 PM (be flexible if needed)
