SalesStrategy &Execution
- Developand implement sales plans to achieve targets in both channel sales(retailers dealers distributors) and project sales (institutionalclients contractorsarchitects).
- Identify new marketopportunities establish new channels and expand market presencewithin the zone.
- Lead and drive theachievement of monthly quarterly and annual salestargets.

ChannelSalesManagement
- Strengthenthe distribution network by onboarding training and supportingdealers and distributors to enhance productreach.
- Monitor and manage channelsales metrics including distributor performance revenue growth andmarket share.
- Collaborate withdistributors and retailers to maximize stock availability displayandpromotion.

ProjectSalesManagement
- Developand nurture relationships with project clients architectscontractors and key influencers within the building materialssector.
- Engage in prospecting andnegotiating for largescale projects presenting the value of companyproducts and ensuring clientsatisfaction.
- Work closely withproject clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure timely andsuccessfuldelivery.

TeamLeadership &Development
- Leadand manage a team of Sales Executives providing guidance coachingand performance feedback.

MarketIntelligence &Reporting

- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield. MBApreferred.
