Responsiblefor driving growth and achieving sales targets within theirassigned zone. This role requires expertise in both channel salesand project sales within the building materials industry. The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamicscustomer needs and competition in their region. They will developand execute sales strategies lead a team and establish strongrelationships with channel partners distributors and projectclients.

KeyResponsibilities
  1. SalesStrategy &Execution

    • Developand implement sales plans to achieve targets in both channel sales(retailers dealers distributors) and project sales (institutionalclients contractorsarchitects).
    • Identify new marketopportunities establish new channels and expand market presencewithin the zone.
    • Lead and drive theachievement of monthly quarterly and annual salestargets.
  2. ChannelSalesManagement

    • Strengthenthe distribution network by onboarding training and supportingdealers and distributors to enhance productreach.
    • Monitor and manage channelsales metrics including distributor performance revenue growth andmarket share.
    • Collaborate withdistributors and retailers to maximize stock availability displayandpromotion.
  3. ProjectSalesManagement

    • Developand nurture relationships with project clients architectscontractors and key influencers within the building materialssector.
    • Engage in prospecting andnegotiating for largescale projects presenting the value of companyproducts and ensuring clientsatisfaction.
    • Work closely withproject clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure timely andsuccessfuldelivery.
  4. TeamLeadership &Development

    • Leadand manage a team of Sales Executives providing guidance coachingand performance feedback.
    • Foster acollaborative environment to drive team motivation andproductivity.
    • Implement trainingprograms to enhance team skills in both channel and projectsales.
  5. MarketIntelligence &Reporting

    • Analyzeand monitor competitor activities market trends and customerfeedback to develop actionableinsights.
    • Generate and maintainregular sales reports forecasts and budgets for the assignedzone.
    • Provide strategic input to theRegional Sales Head on growth strategies customer needs and marketchallenges.
  6. CustomerRelationshipManagement

    • Ensurehigh levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concernsand providing timelysolutions.
    • Conduct regular meetingswith channel partners and project clients to build longlastingrelationships.
    • Implement customerloyalty programs and initiatives to drive repeatbusiness.
KeyRequirements
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield. MBApreferred.
  • 1215years of experience in sales within the building materialsindustry.
  • Experience:
    • Provenexperience in both channel sales and project sales with a trackrecord of meeting or exceedingtargets.
