What You will Own and Deliver
1. Operational Excellence
- Master Inventory Management: Optimize order management, stock movement, shrinkage control, and returns to ensure seamless store operations.- Sales Growth: Analyze stock and sales reports to address under/over stocks and capitalize on trends, new ranges, and seasonal lines.- Strategic Expansion: Identify new store locations and craft strategies for territory growth while keeping an eye on market trends and consumer behavior.- Visual Merchandising & SOP Adherence: Ensure every store reflects the BIBA brand, from VM implementation to operational SOPs.
2. People Leadership
- Develop Talent: Hire, train, and mentor staff at all levels, fostering a high-performance culture that drives results.- Onboarding Excellence: Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes for new team members.- Team Growth: Guide Area Managers and Store Managers with performance management, training, and career development interventions.- Engage & Inspire: Maintain regular connections with staff, ensuring welfare activities and timely grievance resolutions.
3. Financial Acumen
- Budget Savvy: Maintain cost control within approved budgets (AOP) while driving profitability.- Lease Negotiations: Collaborate with store owners to secure favorable rent changes and agreements.
