Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Executive. As an Outside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and building client relationships for residential and commercial properties in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in outside sales or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Confident and persuasive personality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential customers and generate leads in the given territory
  • Build and maintain client relationships to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct property visits and provide information to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information
