Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative for Outside Sales at RUniq Celebrations in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role requires interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions to promote our event services. As a sales representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing our business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage with clients and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
- Strong relationship-building abilities to develop and maintain productive client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in negotiation to secure sales and finalizing beneficial deals and contracts.
- Prospecting skills to identify potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- In-depth product knowledge to offer detailed information and confidently answer client inquiries.
- Ability to close sales by addressing client concerns and effectively persuading the decision-makers.
- Customer service expertise to ensure a high level of satisfaction and address any client issues promptly.

- Identify and generate leads through networking, industry research, and strategic prospecting.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their event needs and preferences.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings to promote RUniq Celebrations' services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve optimal company and client outcomes.
- Coordinate with the event management team to ensure seamless planning and execution of events.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Report sales performance and progress to management, providing insights for strategic improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain competitive advantage.
