Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads and convert them into website development projects. You will work closely with our marketing team and project managers to identify potential clients and showcase the value of our services.

**Responsibilities**:
Educate prospects about the benefits of our website development services and how they align with their business needs.

Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase our capabilities and offerings.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed set targets and revenue goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.

Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and market insights to the management team.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in website development or related digital services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions to potential clients.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

A passion for digital marketing and an eagerness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing your time effectively to achieve sales goals.

Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones and engage with potential clients globally.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. The Sales Representative will receive a competitive commission rate of 30-40% based on the total revenue generated from successful website development projects.
