Tbot Systems is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of our comprehensive range of IT products and services.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of experts to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific business requirements. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing new business leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and present relevant IT solutions
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
