Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Sourcing: Research and identify potential B2B clients, focusing on key industries such as Pharma and Manufacturing.
  2. Outreach: Initiate contact with decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  3. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on NuMode's target criteria, assessing fit based on budget, need, and purchase timeline.
  4. Discovery Calls: Set up and lead initial discovery calls to understand client needs and pitch NuMode's offerings showcasing value and differentiations.
  5. Follow-Up: Keep the client engaged with timely follow-ups, reinforcing the value and benefits of NuMode's product.
  6. Sales Meeting Closure: Arrange for in-person meeting for outside sales team.
  7. Handover: Ensure all deal terms are documented in the CRM and facilitate a smooth handover to outside sales team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of telesales experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales within the Pharma or Manufacturing sectors preferred.
  • Expertise in lead generation and conversion, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
