Description:
  1. Lookfor keywords like IFRS 9 ECL RWA PD LGD EADBasel Credit ratingcredit scoring credit risk management.
  2. Academicqualifications would include Engineering MBA (Marketing and HR MBAis strict nono) courses like FRM or Business Analytics is a plus.CA or CFA are also fine but generally they do not take upimplementation roles however there can beexceptions.
  3. Past experience should include anyof the Big 4 consulting firms or IT firms (BAs in risk managementor financial services space) or any product company in financialservices like Oracle XL Dynamics etc or rating agencies likeCare/Icra/Crisil/FIS or Banks.
  4. Skillsets shouldinclude problem solving skills excel experience in tools likeTableau or BI is an added advantage.
  5. We are notlooking for skills or experience in the areas of tax audit orsales/marketing or presales or accounting.
  6. Ifthe candidate is in early years of his/her career then a BA profilein any financial service/financial analyst position is worth ashot.
