Position: Credit Analyst
About the employer:
Insta Capital is an RBI registered NBFC providing business loans/ working capital finance to Small & Medium Enterprises based in Mumbai.

As part of the credit risk team, the role of the credit analyst would be to perform the following job role tasks:
A) Conducting Preliminary Checks
o  Check if borrower meets loan eligibility criteria as per credit policy
o  Retrieving CIBIL Reports
o  Retrieving MCA Data
B) Preparation of Credit Assessment Memorandum (CAM)
1.   Accurately Summarize Financial and Non-financial information as per CAM format including:
o  Borrower & Company Information
o  Business Description
o  Details of Existing Credit Facilities
o  Profit & Loss Summarization
o  Balance Sheet Summarization
o  ITR and tax payment details
o  Bank Statement Analysis
o  GST Analysis
o  EMI Analysis
o  Litigation Details
o  External Credit Ratings
o  Any other relevant information provided by customer
2.   Calculation of financial ratios
3.   Using Software tools to summarize Bank Statements and GST Data
4.   Analysis of points 1-3 to arrive at key strengths and weaknesses in the proposal
5.   Ensure final approved CAM is saved in the CRM software and neatly filed
6.   Prepare Renewal CAM for repeat customers as per defined format
C) Client Co-ordination and Management
1.   Maintain list of new and ongoing proposals in CRM software
2.   Follow up with client/DSA for any pending documents and information required
3.   Update Client/DSA about status of their proposals
4.   Co-ordinate client meetings for Personal Discussion /Documentation
5.   Providing client/DSA copy of Sanction Letter/ other documents as required
D) Preparation of Loan Documentation
1.   Prepare loan documents as per sanctioned terms
E) Portfolio Level Credit Risk Analysis
1.   Prepare data with key parameters from CAM
2.   Analysis of credit parameters with repayment data to discover trends and refine credit policy
(On the job training would be provided where required)
Education Qualification and Experience:
- Graduation/ Post Graduation in Commerce
- 1-3 years relevant work experience preferred
Skills required to perform the Job:
- Knowledge of Financial Statements
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Should be comfortable with Microsoft Office Tools
- Should have high standard of honesty, integrity, business ethics & good work habits

Timing:
Office timing: 10am to 6.30pm
Remuneration:
Annual CTC offered: 2,50,000 to 4,00,000 depending on qualification and experience of candidate
