Job Overview
The Regional Lead Vigilance Management is a senior-level position located in Kolkata and Ahmedabad. This full-time role primarily focuses on overseeing vigilance operations and ensuring compliance within the assigned regions. The ideal candidate will bring substantial work experience and expertise in risk assessment, investigation techniques, and fraud detection.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement vigilance and risk management strategies to safeguard regional operations
- Develop and maintain an internal network, utilize backend system data analysis, and raise employee awareness to achieve deterrence against fraud.
- Conduct detailed investigations into any suspicious activities or breaches, documenting findings thoroughly
- Regularly review and update fraud detection methodologies to stay ahead of emerging threats
- Monitor compliance with company policies, local laws, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze data and reports to identify patterns and red flags indicative of potential risks
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of vigilance officers to ensure high performance and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and effective risk management practices
Education Qualification
- Any Graduation (Full Time)
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in risk assessment to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities (Mandatory skill)
- Advanced knowledge of investigation techniques to conduct thorough and effective investigations (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in fraud detection to develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent fraud (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to conduct compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to policies and regulations
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret and analyze data for different vigilance operations
- Exceptional communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder interactions
- Leadership experience to mentor and manage a vigilant team effectively
- Familiarity with retail operations to understand the complexities and challenges of the retail environment
