RoleOverview

Weare seeking an experienced BPO / Call Center recruitment Leader tojoin our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordeveloping and executing effective recruitment strategies toattract top talent for our collection process. This role demands ahigh level of expertise in mass recruitment a deep understanding ofthe BPO & collections industry and proficiency in utilizingSpocto s technologydriven collectionsolutions.

KeyResponsibilities

TalentAcquisitionStrategy:

  • Developand execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attractqualified candidates for collections roles including collectionagents team leaders and operationsmanagers.

  • Identifyand leverage effective sourcing channels including job boardssocial media networking events and employee referrals to build arobust talentpipeline.

  • Stayupdated on industry trends and advancements in recruitmenttechnologies especially related to Spocto s collectionsolutions.

CandidateScreening andSelection:

  • Overseethe screening and selection process for collections roles ensuringalignment with job requirements organizational values andregulatorycompliance.

  • Conductinterviews assessments and reference checks to evaluate candidatesskills experience and culturalfit.

  • Analyzerecruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness ofrecruitment strategies and make datadrivenimprovements.

StakeholderCollaboration:

  • Collaborateclosely with hiring managers and operations leaders to understandstaffing needs workforce planning requirements and businessobjectives.

  • Provideguidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitmentprocess including job description development interview trainingand candidateevaluation.

  • Designand implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the bulkhiring needs for the Spocto collectionprocess.

  • Workclosely with the HR business and operations team to understandstaffing requirements and create hiring plans to attract qualifiedcandidates.


RecruitmentTeamManagement:


  • Leadand manage the recruitment team providing direction coaching andsupport to ensure team performance andsuccess.

  • Setclear goals objectives and performance metrics for the recruitmentteam and hold them accountable for achievingtargets.



Requirements


  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield (Masters degreepreferred).

  • 15years of experience in recruitment with at least 5 years inbulk/mass hiring for BPO or similarsectors.

  • Provenexperience in recruitment management with a focus on collections orcall center operations recruitment within the BPOindustry.

  • Strongunderstanding of collections operations regulatory requirements andbest practices in talentacquisition.

  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and stakeholder managementskills.

  • Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multipleprioritieseffectively.

  • Proficiencyin using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitmenttools.



15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years inbulk/mass hiring for BPO or similar sectors. Proven experience inrecruitment management, with a focus on collections or call centeroperations recruitment within the BPO industry. Strongunderstanding of collections operations, regulatory requirements,and best practices in talent acquisition. Excellent communication,negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrivein a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritieseffectively. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)and other recruitment tools.
