  • Conduct regular sales meetings andtraining sessions
  • Generate sales reports andanalyze data to identify trends andopportunities
  • Ensure adherence to salespolicies and procedures
  • Handle escalatedcustomer issues and complaints
  • Contribute tothe recruitment and onboarding of new sales teammembers
  • Manage and allocate team resourceseffectively
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration or relevantfield
  • Proven experience in a salesrole
  • Demonstrated success in leading andmanaging a sales team
  • Strong understanding ofsales techniques and strategies
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Abilityto analyze sales data and draw actionableinsights
  • Proficiency in CRM software and salesmanagement tools
  • Ability to multitask andprioritize in a fastpaced environment
