POSITION DETAILS

Position Summary

Team Lead – AR/AP is primarily responsible to lead the Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) India AR/AP team for providing support to the Finance Shared Service Center team located in Radolfzell with a variety of A/R & A/P, reporting, process improvement, transactional processing services i and other tasks as assigned carefully, timely, and with high level of accuracy, at any time in full compliance with CIRCOR policy and received other guidance.

Principal Activities

  • guiding and coaching the team to improve team performance, their communication, motivation and cross functional interaction.
  • ownership and being accountable in terms of Process Improvements regarding cash collection and invoice processing.
  • ownership of improvement projects
  • ownership regarding special reports on AR/AP (e.g. AR past due report; GRNI report etc.) including analysis and evaluation of improvement potential
  • the extension of the Finance SSC as an extended project by taking over AR/AP activities of additional entities to India.
  • cross functional interaction and communication with various stakeholders, internally and externally.



CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills
  • SAP FI knowledge
  • command on English Language
  • important of due dates very well and prioritize work accordingly
  • Bias toward process improvement
  • Self-organized, persistent, reliable and self-motivated individual
  • Proficiency with MS tools especially Excel
  • Preferably experiences in the environment of Shared Services Centers
  • Knowledge of office administrative and operations management practices and procedures
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools. ERP or other business system
  • Very good oral and written communication skills must (Telephone and email)
  • Proficient in organizing tasks for completion by an agreed deadline


Education & Experience

  • graduate, Project handling experience, very good communication skills
  • least 6-8 years of relevant experience in the fields of AR/AP
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience in leading a team
