  • The Product Designer is strategic articulateand extremely wellorganized key role within the Digital CreativeTeam.
  • They are anatural collaborator and an excellent communicator able to developand present design ideas in a large team environment.
  • They will work closely withcrossfunctional teams such as Ecommerce IT Brand Marketing Loyaltyand thirdparty partners.
  • They possess extraordinary visual and user interfacedesign skills as well as usercantered design principles.
  • They have anaffinity for consistency colour use typography and a keen eye forsubtle details.
  • While exercising a good eye for aesthetics they are ableto grasp and distil highly complex issues and translate them intoclean focused understandable solutions. Strong communication skillsand ability to stay highly organized is critical.
  • They should be a selfstarterselfmotivated able to work independently and perform multiple tasksunder minimal supervision.
Principal Duties &Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):
  • A strongonline design portfolio
  • A great eye for detail demonstrate creative andinnovative problem solving
  • Ability to communicate design concepts through sketchesand wireframes
  • Elevated taste level and innate ability to create uniqueown design elements and experiences with strong typography andlayout hierarchy skills
  • Solid understanding of user experience and interactiondesign across all digital platforms how to craft an interactionthat will intuitively lead a user through a flow
  • Highly professional with theability to deliver solid work on tight schedules
  • Able to clearly communicateconcepts and designs through sketches wireframes high fidelitycomps and prototypes
  • Able to function independently and in a team environmentwith solid collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written verbal and presentationskills
  • Enthusiasmfor an iterative design process inspired by group critique
  • Perform qualityassurance testing on existing and new features: QA/UAT
Job Requirements:
  • 3 yearswork experience with a focus on product design and UI across avariety of platforms including web and app (IOS & Android)
  • Bachelors Degree inGraphic Design Media Arts or similar
  • Intermediate to advanced level skill withSketch In Vision Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite
  • Previous experienceworking in an ecommerce or retail environment is a plus
  • A passion for clientits products and its guests is a requirement
