Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experiencedLead React JS Developer with a proven trackrecord leading and developing applications using React JSNext JS Node JS.

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead thedevelopment team in architecting designing and implementing ReactJS applications.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including designers product managers andbackend developers to deliver highquality softwaresolutions.

Mentor junior developers conductcode reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure code qualityand best practices.

Participate in the fullsoftware development lifecycle from requirements gathering todeployment and maintenance.

Stay updated withthe latest trends and best practices in React JS development andadvocate for their adoption within the team.

Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the smoothfunctioning of applications.

Drive continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance team productivity and softwarequality.

RequiredSkills and Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

10 years of experience in React JSdevelopment.

Strong proficiency inNext JS with at least 3 years of handsonexperience. Team leading experience is required.

Experience working with ecommerce SaaSbased platformssuch as Shopify BigCommerce or Adobe Commerce.

Proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and related webtechnologies.

Solid understanding of statemanagement libraries such as Redux or MobX.

Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronousprogramming.

Excellent problemsolving skillsand attention to detail.

Strong communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Good to have experience in Stencil Development

Experience with serverside rendering and SSRframeworks.

Familiarity with Docker Kubernetesor other containerization technologies.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum orKanban.
