TheProduct Owner Onsite Ad Products leads a crossfunctional agiledevelopment team to bring to life new features and capabilities forBrand Partners within Ulta Beautys retail media networked named UBMedia. In this role you will be responsible for contributing to anddelivering on the product roadmap for all ad products across UltaBeautys owned and operated channels. This will include developingnew ad products as well as enhancing and supporting existing adproducts to drive incremental ad spend and improve customerengagement. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ProductStrategy: work alongside the Senior Manager Ad Productsto develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmapaligned with business goals and market trends.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholdersusers strategic analytics agency and vendor patterns to gather andprioritize requirements ensuring a deep understanding of BrandPartner needs and market opportunities.
Prioritization: Lead an Agile Pod consisting ofcrossfunctional team members including developers architectsanalysts scrum masters and designers in the iterative delivery ofad products.
Release Management:Coordinate with engineering scrum master quality assurance anddeployment teams to ensure timely and highquality productreleases
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primarypoint of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates onproduct status roadmap changes upcoming releases and leading andlagging key performance indicators
MarketResearch: Stay abreast of industry trends competitivelandscape and emerging technologies in the retail media and adtechspaces to inform product decisions
PerformanceAnalysis: Define and track leading and lagging KPIs tomeasure the success of ad products and identify areas forimprovement
CrossFunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate closely with sales accountmanagement marketing advertising operations measurement audiencestrategy ecommerce UX design and other teams to drive productdevelopment and success.
ContinuousImprovement: Facilitate retrospectives and feedbacksessions to continuously improve on team processes product qualitydelivery efficiency and adoption. THE ESSENTIALS FORSUCCESS:
Bachelors degree in businessmarketing advertising computer science or related field
3 years of experience as a digital product owner or digital productmanager in CPG retailer eCommerce or related industry
2years of experience working a retail media network preferably for aCPG retailer
Experience comfortability and successworking within Agile framework
Ability to communicaterelevant details and influence decision making based on theaudience and desired outcome from senior leaders to individual teammembers responsible for execution
Strong understandingof advertising technology and/or marketing technology concepts withprevious experience in the advertising industrypreferred
Demonstrated experience building strongpartnerships across teams (e.g. Product UX Design eCommerceMerchandising and Development)
Excellent organizationaland strategic planning skills with the ability to prioritize andmanage multiple largescale initiatives simultaneously
Ability to clearly organize large goals into an iterativeactionable and achievable plan
Ability to thrive in afastmoving environment deal with ambiguity and remain focused onexecution
Strong analytical and problemsovling skillswith datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Selfmotivated and reliable with a passion for driving innovation anddelivering exceptional customer experiences.
Familiaritywith Jira Amplience GAM DV360 CM360 Kevel Skai Epsilon Media MathMicrosoft Ads and/or Criteo is a plus
