PositionDescription Our Engineer II is a keymember of the engineering staff working across the organization toprovide a frictionless experience to our customers and maintain thehighest standards of protection and availability. Our team thrivesand succeeds in delivering highquality technology products andservices in a hypergrowth environment where priorities shiftquickly. The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical knowledgetypically ranging from frontend UIs through backend systems and allpoints in between. PositionResponsibilities As an Engineer II you will:
  • Scope design andbuild scalable resilient distributed systems
  • Engage in crossfunctional collaboration throughout the entiresoftware lifecycle
  • Participate in designsessions and code reviews with peers to elevate the quality ofengineering across the organization
  • Utilizeprogramming languages like Python C# or other objectorientedlanguages SQL and NoSQL databases Container Orchestration servicesincluding Docker and Kubernetes and a variety of Azure tools andservices
  • Consistently share best practicesand improve processes within and across teams
  • Build product definition and leverage your technicalskills to drive towards the right solution
  • Analysis and Estimation skills
Qualifications
  • Programming experience with at least one modern languagesuch as C# or other objectoriented languages
  • Experience contributing to the architecture and design(architecture design patterns reliability and scaling) of new andcurrent systems
  • Indepth knowledge of CS datastructures and algorithms
  • Understanding ofexisting Operational Portals such as Azure Portal
  • Understanding of HTML5 JavaScript/TypeScript XML andJSON
  • Understanding of microservicesoriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
  • Understanding of monitoring tools
  • Intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
  • Intermediate level understanding of Azure Network such as securityzones VNETs and Public Peered Services
  • Understanding of Azure PaaS and IaaS services
  • Understanding of security protocols and products such asof Active Directory Windows Authentication SAML OAuth
  • Experience in Datacenter structure capabilities andofferings including the Azure platform and its native services
  • Knowledge of developer tooling across thesoftware development life cycle (task management source codebuilding deployment operations realtime communication)
  • Understanding in DevOps Concepts Cloud Architecture andAzure DevOps Operational Framework
  • Experience with Enterprise level design documentation
  • Experience with risk assessment
  • Experience in Azure Cloud Services
  • Basicdesign of Ntier applications
  • Experience withDatabase Technologies
  • Experience withdeployment steps and general CM functions
  • Experience in Application security
  • Analysisand Estimation skills
  • Strong problemsolvingability
  • Strong oral and writtencommunication skills
  • Ability to excel in afastpaced startuplike environment
  • Knowledgeof generative AI and LLMs
Experience:
  • 2 years of noninternship professional softwaredevelopment experience within the .NET framework (C# includingobjectoriented design)
  • 2 years of experiencewith architecture and design
  • 2 years ofexperience with AWS GCP Azure or another cloud service
  • 2 years of experience in opensource frameworks
