KFORCE URGENT REQUIREMENTLooking for candidates regarding thefollowing: POSITION Lead Software EngineerSTIBO Product Information Management LOCATION Remote DURATION 6 months INTERVIEW TYPE Video Duties/Day toDay Overview Working on STIBO STEP configuration and customdevelopment. Keeping upto date with whats current in the STEP platform versions andprovide suggestions for upgrade. Setting up new integrations add object typesto the data model Java Script business rules andworkflow. Understandingrequirements collaborating with the product management businessteams and transform into solutions and technical designdocuments. Knowledge ofworking in an agile delivery environment and proficiency in usingJira/Git. Debuggingbusiness rules and any defect resolutions. Evaluate the advantages for the upgrade andcollaborate with the Dev Ops team to performupgrades Ensuring thatsolutions are scalable and extensible for future needs by runningperformance tests. Working in close coordination with the production support teams toensure stability of the system during the peakdemands. Mentor otherjunior software engineers in the teamonsite/offshore. Buildoperational readiness and alerts/monitoring to help productionsupport teams in their daytoday activities. Ensuring PHI/PII data security andcompliance. Recommendingsolutions towards stability maintainability and scalability of theSTIBO STEP implementation. TopRequirements (Musthaves) 8 years of technical experience in softwaredevelopment using Java JavaScript data and database design SQL XMLXSD JSON Linux and Web services 5 years of STIBO STEP systems configurationdevelopment architectural design and integrationexperience
    • Must be able to do configurations and customdevelopment on the STIBO STEP modules.
    • Attribute creation business rule creation portaldevelopment integration endpoint configuration and workflowcreation.
Experience working in Retail industry andpartnering with crossfunctional teams
    • Requiresindepth technical and great interpersonal skills to partner closelywith key stakeholders across the line of business and technologyteams to deliver business functional requirements with customerfirst focus and leverage previous software development experienceto engineer scalable and extensible solutions.
Indepthunderstanding of relational database (Oracle DB2 or SQL) andability to write/review complex operationalqueries. Goodunderstanding of API RESTful services Capable of defining deployment process andmethodologies Shouldhave great technical documentation skills. Must also be able toprepare solutions architecture documents and should be able tothoroughly review all the design documents Build standards and reusable components aspart of customization for new functionality on packagedsolution Assist thearchitects in tool evaluations architectural choices andPOCs Ability toprioritize assignments deal with interruptions and meet deadlinesin a fast paced and growthorientedenvironment. Experienceto build scalable reliable and maintainablesystems AdditionalQualifications (Nice toHaves) Stibo STEP Certification is addedadvantage. MDM/PIMexperience preferred. BSor MS in Computer Sciences Engineering or related field (anequivalent combination of related education training and experiencemay be considered)
