JobSummary: The Purchase Executive will be responsible foroverseeing the purchasing activities of the company ensuringcosteffective procurement of goods and services and managingsupplier relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a keenunderstanding of market trends exhibit strong negotiation skillsand have a proven track record of effective supply chainmanagement.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Developlead and execute purchasingstrategies.
  • Trackand report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improvetheeffectiveness.
  • Craftnegotiation strategies and close deals with optimalterms.
  • Partnerwith stakeholders to ensure clear requirementsdocumentation.
  • Performcost and scenario analysis andbenchmarking.
  • Assessmanage and mitigaterisks.
  • Seekand partner with reliable vendors andsuppliers.
  • Determinequantity and timing ofdeliveries.
  • Monitorand forecast upcoming levels ofdemand.



Requirements

EssentialQualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in supply chain management logistics business administrationor a relatedfield.
  • Provenworking experience as a PurchaseExecutive.
  • Familiaritywith sourcing and vendormanagement.
  • Aknack for negotiation andnetworking.
  • Abilityto gather and analyze data and to work withfigures.
  • Solidjudgment along with decisionmakingskills.
  • Strongleadershipcapabilities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
