As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with our clients to understand their business requirements, analyze processes, and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet their specific needs. You will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities and industry best practices to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, understand existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into comprehensive solution designs, leveraging Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities and configurations to meet client needs effectively.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing, based on client requirements. Customize and extend functionalities using out-of-the-box features and extensions.
- Data Migration: Collaborate with clients to define data migration strategies and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities, processes, and best practices. Assist clients in resolving issues and optimizing system performance post-implementation.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, training materials, and configuration documents, to support solution implementation and maintenance processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, with hands-on experience in solution design, configuration, and implementation.
- In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central functionalities, modules, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate are preferred.
