Job Summary: The Purchase Executive will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing activities of the company, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services, and managing supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of market trends, exhibit strong negotiation skills, and have a proven track record of effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness.
Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and bench-marking.
Assess, manage, and mitigate risks.
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
