What you’ll be doing

1.Supports the implementation of product management vision and strategy.
2.Supports product launches and delivery of key capabilities on time and on budget.
3.Support the development of enhancements to existing products by understanding and analysing user needs.
4.Assists with partnerships with analytics and engineering teams, and interface with cross functional stakeholders e.g. executives, sales, product, marketing, legal, and customer success teams to fulfill the product backlog using Scrum/ Agile methodologies.
5.Executes the development formal product documentation such as feature sheets and user guides.
6.Creates mockups, wireframes or POCs (points of contacts).
7.Write specifications and supports the coordination of product schedules.
8.Conducts analysis of customer behavior, metrics development and cultivating novel techniques to help customers.
9.Gathers and incorporates product feedback into subsequent product releases.
10.Supports the writing of comprehensive product requirements to instrument new tracking events, build data tools, pipelines, analytic dashboards and visualisations.
11.Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of product management.
