Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic andexperienced Business Development Associate to be a part of ourSales team. You should be able to research and identify newbusiness opportunities. Besides you should be able to develop salespitches and effective business plans. You will also be responsiblefor building and maintaining long lasting relationships withclients.

You should be detailoriented and ableto conduct sales analysis. You should also be able to organizenetworking events. You will be coordinating with the BusinessDevelopment Representative in creating sales and promotionalmaterials.

As a Business Development Assoicateyou should be aware of the latest industry developments andpractices. Moreover you should be highly motivated and familiarwith various CRM software. Your ability to manage stressfulsituations and your deadlinedriven attitude will work to youradvantage.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting the business goals andobjectives
  • Conducting market research andanalyzing competitor activities
  • Identifyingand contacting potential clients
  • Building and maintaininglong lasting business relationships with clients
  • Updating client and lead information in therespective databases
  • Developing andimplementing business growth strategies
  • Preparing and presenting client retentionplans
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data
  • Reporting andcoordinating the daytoday activities with the Business DevelopmentManager
  • Assisting the Business DevelopmentCoordinator in preparing sales pitches
  • Planning and drafting business plans
  • Helping in the creation of promotional andsales materials
  • Organizing and attendingnetworking events
  • Addressing any clientqueries in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating accurate and detailed sales reports
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in BusinessManagement Business Administration Marketing Finance or a relatedfield
  • 35 years of work experience as aBusiness Development Associate Business Development RepresentativeBusiness Development Coordinator or a similar role in the Salesdepartment
  • Knowledge ofthe ongoing market conditions and latest developments
  • Excellent communication and presentationskills
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Good analytical andproblemsolving skills
