About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at MobiServ. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in establishing, nurturing, and growing our business across various categories and territories. You will work closely with our team to develop strategic relationships with potential customers, handle the entire student enrollment process, and create a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers to drive business growth
  • Manage the end-to-end student enrollment process to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to create a strong pipeline of new customers
  • Monitor and analyze pipeline performance to optimize sales efforts and meet objectives
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and feedback calls with customers to build strong relationships
  • Create lead engagement plans and strategies to drive sales growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar background
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Keen interest in education and innovation, with a sales acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive sales growth
