Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through social media platforms.
  • Candidate counselling through virtual meetings or telephonic communication.
  • Selling courses and assisting the HR department in the hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
