Job Description:
As the Business Head at Gospacy.ai, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's overall business strategy and growth initiatives within the global advertising market. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer relations. Your primary objective will be to lead the development and execution of strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the global advertising market.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats within the advertising ecosystem, and devise proactive measures to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, advertising agencies, publishers, ad networks, and industry influencers across global markets.
- Drive sales and business development activities, including lead generation, client acquisition, and contract negotiations within the advertising industry.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry developments in India, regulatory changes, and technological advancements within the advertising landscape to maintain our competitive edge and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the advertising industry, with 8-15 years of experience.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
