About Role:We are seeking a Business Head / Business Unit Head who is a dynamic and visionary leader capable of driving the strategic and operational performance of HIVE HAVEN PVT LTD. This role is pivotal in steering the company's growth, managing the profit and loss (P&L), and leading the team towards achieving our ambitious goals. While F&B industry experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for a candidate with a strong track record in business management and leadership.


Key deliverables:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to foster growth, profitability, and competitive advantage.
  •  Manage the overall P&L of the business unit, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs. 
  •  Lead and develop a diverse team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. • Build and maintain robust relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and vendors to support business objectives.
  •  Drive operational excellence across all facets of the business, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction. 
  • Oversee financial planning, budget management, and performance analysis to guide informed decision-making. 
  • Champion marketing and branding efforts to elevate the company's presence and market share.
  •  Stay abreast of market trends and adapt business strategies to maintain and enhance the company's competitive position. 
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.


Key Competencies and skills: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in business management, strategy, and P&L oversight. 


• Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve business targets. 

• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

• Effective communicator and negotiator, capable of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. 

• Adaptable and resilient, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and changing business environment. 

• Prior experience in the F&B sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
