Job Overview


Inner Engineering Products & Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insulation, HVAC or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of insulation products and building codes is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products and services.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify business development opportunities.
