Job Overview


We are seeking a Sales Business Development Executive to join our team . This role involves developing and expanding our client base through effective sales strategies. As a Sales Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with clients. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with a competitive salary range for fresher candidates.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport
  • Ability to work independently and drive results, with a target-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of field sales and experience in credit card sales is preferred
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key decision makers, showcasing our services and value proposition
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of projects and client onboarding
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead in the market
