Job Title: Business Development Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our presence in the corporate and other relevant market segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting healthy living.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector. This includes prospecting, cold calling, and networking to establish relationships with potential clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our product offerings.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth. This may involve creating tailored proposals, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to management.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food or FMCG industry (Freshers are welcome)
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
