Business Development Manager- Western Region

The focus now will be on expanding their reach in the manufacturing domain.
For which purpose they are looking for a Sales Account Manager in the Mumbai region, which would involve frequent travel to other cities and regions.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
Identify partnership opportunities
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand in Western India.
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success
▪ Monthly Revenue Target Achievement
➢ Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve monthly revenue targets, closely monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
➢ Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, adjusting approaches to maximize revenue generation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5-7 years' prior industry related business development experience in Engineering/Manufacturing/Electronics industries in the Western India.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Having ownership in the Role and an Entrepreneurial Attitude.
Early joiners will be given preference.
