Position: Associate Manager -

Business Development & Sales

Overview:Seeking a dynamic individual to drive business growth in management & business consulting services. You'll cultivate new opportunities, lead sales efforts, and provide strategic consulting guidance.

Responsibilities:1. Business Development:- Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with company goals.- Research market trends and maintain client pipeline.- Collaborate with teams to tailor solutions and close deals efficiently.

2. Sales Management:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.- Set clear KPIs and metrics for tracking progress.- Work with marketing to create compelling sales materials.

3. Consulting Services:- Provide strategic guidance and custom solutions to clients.- Act as a trusted advisor, driving innovation in consulting offerings.

4. Effective Communication:- Ensure alignment with stakeholders and articulate value proposition.- Listen to client feedback and foster open communication within teams.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.- 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or consulting.- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools with knowledge of Excel.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
