Weare seeking a highly organized and detailoriented HR &Payroll Coordinator to join our team at National Aircon India PvtLtd. As a HR & Payroll Coordinator you will be responsiblefor managing and processing employee payroll maintaining accuratepersonnel records and providing administrative support to the HRdepartment. This is a fulltime position based in HyderabadTelanganaIndia.
QualificationsandSkills
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield
  • 13 years of experience in HR and payrollcoordination preferably in a similarindustry
  • Knowledge of payroll processingsoftware and HRIS systems
  • Familiarity withemployment laws regulations and bestpractices
  • Strong attention to detail andaccuracy
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
  • Effective communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice suite
  • Problemsolving and decisionmakingabilities

RolesandResponsibilities
  • Manageand process employee payroll accurately and in a timelymanner
  • Maintain and update employee recordsincluding personal information attendance leaves andbenefits
  • Assist in the recruitment andonboarding process including posting job ads screening resumes andconducting interviews
  • Support the HR departmentin various administrative tasks such as preparing reportsorganizing employee training programs and maintaining HR policiesand procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevantemployment laws and regulations
  • Handle employeeinquiries and resolve issues related to payroll and HRpolicies
  • Assist in the implementation andmaintenance of HR software andsystems
  • Collaborate with other departments toensure a smooth flow of HR and payrollprocesses
  • Support in conducting employeeperformance evaluations and maintaining performancerecords
  • Stay updated with industry trends andbest practices in HR and payrollmanagement
