JobDescription:We areseeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our teamas an HR Coordinator. The primary responsibilities of this roleinclude taking care of joining formalities exit formalitiesexecuting operational tasks with quality and accuracy in a timelymanner assisting in payroll activities maintaining physical anddigital employee records managing leave and attendance recordsensuring the accurate processing of staff appointments transferspromotions and terminations preparing employee ID cards visitingcards employee certificates and performing any other tasks assignedby the HRManager.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Takingcare of joining formalities & exit formalities for newhires and departingemployees.
  • Executingoperational tasks with quality and accuracy in a timely mannerincluding the generation of variousletters.
  • Assisting inpayroll activities asrequired.
  • Maintainingphysical and digital employee records in an organized and securemanner.
  • Managing leaveand attendance recordsefficiently.
  • Ensuringthe accurate processing of staff appointments transfers promotionsandterminations.
  • Preparingemployee ID cards visiting cards employee certificates etc. asneeded.
  • Completing anyother tasks assigned by the HR Manager in a timely and efficientmanner.

EligibilityCriteria:
  • Mustbe a fresher passionate about HRactivities.
  • Bachelorsor Masters degree in Human ResourcesManagement.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
  • Proactiveattitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HRfield.
  • Femalecandidates arepreferable.
