Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in human resources. The HR Coordinator will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have all necessary resources.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records with accurate information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support by managing HR documents, filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Employee Engagement: Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
